I grew up in the western suburbs of Minneapolis and relocated to Saint Paul to attend Macalester College.  After a brief detour into Minneapolis after college, I returned to Saint Paul to attend law school and eventually opened my own law practice on Grand Avenue.

When not working on legal matters for my clients, I like to bike around the Twin Cities, hack around with my Macs, and read.  Most of the images on this site were taken by me during my rides around local roads and trails.

During the fall and early winter, I judge at high school debate tournaments.
